The restaurant is named after one of our owners daughter Charlie and as someone who loves to sing and laugh, she embodies what we are all about here. Her strong sense of self serves as an inspiration to us all. She was also the inspiration for the eatery that you are now able to visit today. A place to enjoy and celebrate the spirit of love.
